I started NovaLab some years ago, after spending a lifetime working for premiere companies in the analytical instrumentation field. I wanted to devote myself to pure product development.

My background is in Physics and Electronics, with degrees from University of Warwick, UK. Needless to say, the real education started afterwards. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to work for some of the best US companies such as Burr-Brown and American Optical. I spent nine years as a Director of Research at Orion Research, and finally moved to General Eastern as a VP of engineering. In addition to technical and managerial experience, I had learned the analytical marketplace: products, players, and the customers.

I had also experienced firsthand the problems all companies encounter on daily basis. The need for fast development of quality products is the business lifeline and governs the growth and success of any manufacturing business. Often the resources are just not there or are lost in the ongoing product and business maintenance.
